About this Dragonite V
The card
Dragonite V 049/078 is the regular print of the Dragonite V in the Pokémon GO set, released on 1 July 2022. The art is by kawayoo, who also drew the region maps for Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. The set has a Full Art of the same Dragonite V as well (076/078), and the Dragonite VSTAR this card evolves into is 050/078.
It attacks with Hyper Beam, which also discards an Energy from the opponent's Active Pokémon, and with Buster Tail, for 160.
Pokémon GO
The set was made for the mobile game, and most of its cards show a Pokémon GO logo in the artwork. Only the regular and Full Art prints of its Pokémon V and other rule-box Pokémon go without, so this one has none. Outside Japan the packs were only sold inside Pokémon GO products, never in booster boxes.
The grade
This copy is graded PSA 9, Mint, one step below Gem Mint 10. PSA gives a 9 to a superb card with no more than one minor flaw, such as a slight printing imperfection. Look up cert 155373625 on PSA's website.
