About this Victini V
The card
Victini V 021/163 is the regular print of the Victini V in Battle Styles, released on 19 March 2021. The art is by Kagemaru Himeno: Victini grins out of the card with its arms spread, against a blue sky streaked with flames and sparks. The set has a Full Art of the same Victini V as well (144/163), drawn by Saki Hayashiro.
It is a 190 HP Fire Pokémon V with two attacks. V Bullet does 10, and 50 more when the opponent's Active Pokémon is a Pokémon V. Flare Shot hits for 120 and discards all Energy from Victini; the attack first appeared on a Japanese XY promo Victini.
Battle Styles
Battle Styles is the fifth main Sword & Shield expansion, with 183 cards: 163, and 20 secret rares numbered above them. It brought the first Single Strike and Rapid Strike cards, with Urshifu VMAX in both styles. In Japan the cards came out on 22 January 2021 as two sets, Single Strike Master and Rapid Strike Master; there this Victini V is 012/070 in Rapid Strike Master.
The grade
PSA graded this copy Gem Mint 10, the top of its scale: a virtually perfect card, with sharp corners, sharp focus and its full original gloss. The cert can be checked on PSA's website.
