About this Lugia V
The card
Lugia V 185/195 is the Full Art of the Lugia V in Silver Tempest, released on 11 November 2022. The set has three Lugia V cards: the regular print by Mitsuhiro Arita (138/195), this Full Art, and the Alternate Art by kawayoo (186/195). The Full Art is by 5ban Graphics, a group of artists at Creatures Inc. who like to make Pokémon look three-dimensional. Their name comes from the company's former address, in Gobancho, Tokyo.
Silver Tempest
Silver Tempest was the twelfth and final main Sword & Shield expansion, with Lugia at its centre. Lugia's Pokédex entries say it can calm storms, and has been known to start one with a flap of its wings. The set was also the first to put VSTAR Powers on Trainer cards. In Japan the cards came out three weeks earlier, in Paradigm Trigger, where this Full Art is 109/098.
The grade
This copy is graded PSA 9, Mint, one step below Gem Mint 10. PSA gives a 9 to a superb card with no more than one minor flaw, such as a slight printing imperfection. Look up cert 76719295 on PSA's website.
