About this Charmander
The card
Charmander 003/032 is a common from the PokéKyun Collection, a Japanese concept pack released on 29 January 2016. The art is by Akira Komayama and starts a story told over three cards: a young boy is teased by his mischievous Charmander, which holds up his glasses. The scene continues on the Charmeleon (004/032), by the same artist, and ends on the Charizard (005/032).
Where the Pokédex entry would be, the card has a line of its own, which the English print translates as: "My Charmander is so rambunctious! I wonder if we can become good friends?" Its one attack, Playful, flips a coin and on heads does 20 damage for each damage counter on Charmander.
The PokéKyun Collection
The set has 32 cards, sold in packs of four instead of the usual five, and every card has a glossy finish with a holofoil inset. Charms on the left of each picture say something about the Pokémon in it. The set came out in English a month later as the Radiant Collection in Generations, on 22 February 2016, where this Charmander is RC3/RC32. This copy is from the 1st Edition run: Japanese sets were printed in 1st Edition from 2001 until 2016.
The grade
PSA graded this copy Gem Mint 10, the top of its scale: a virtually perfect card, with sharp corners, sharp focus and its full original gloss. Look up cert 92504833 on PSA's website.
